Arrawaks distillery in Cavaillon, in the south of the country, near the splendid beaches of Aquin. The Vaval family has owned the distillery since 1947.

The family  Vaval manages 20 hectares of cane Madame Meuze, cultivated in an absolutely natural way.

The nair-type Clairin, which is to say, derived from pure cane sugar, is naturally fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in a copper column with 10 trays and an artisanal capacitor drawn from a can of petrol.
